Sidewalk w/Steps — Columbia, MD

We demoed the existing concrete porch and sidewalk to build a paver porch and paver sidewalk with 4'-0" cast stone steps using Cambridge Pavers. The new entry landing and walkway create a clean, durable front entrance engineered to handle Maryland's freeze-thaw cycles without the cracking and settling common to poured concrete.

The porch and adjacent flower bed are framed by an Old English Non-Tumbled retaining wall in Coal, capped with 12" x 24" Crusader Caps in Coal for a crisp, modern edge. Four 48" wide cast stone steps in Bluestone lead up to the front door, pairing a rugged natural-stone texture with the warm Toffee Onyx Lite paver field and its dark Coal border.
